Welcome to Koomerang Ski Club

With four lodges, Koomerang has doubled the number of ski lodges using the CBDWeb online booking system.  We have also implemented a new website for Koomerang.

Because Koomerang books beds but doesn’t assign the bed to the booking in advance, we developed a new booking matrix just for Koomerang that shows all four lodges, with just one row per lodge, displaying the number of available beds each night.  Only Koomerang members can see it, because non-members cannot book, so here’s a screen shot:

The next step is to upgrade our other clients to receive the benefits of all the new features.  These include a detailed transaction record for members – invoices, payment receipts, credits, refunds, reversals of any of these, and an account balance.    You will be able to create invoices for any purpose, and the system will create invoices for bookings and optionally for annual subscriptions.  Invoices and credits are automatically generated.

These features are available if you require members to login when making a booking, otherwise payments are made for individual bookings and no transaction system is available.

One big change to our existing clients (if you want to use the new transaction system) is that online payments must cover all outstanding moneys owed.  In other words, payments are not allocated to individual bookings.  So for example, if a member has not paid their annual subscription and they make a booking online, the payment amount will cover both invoices.  However, you will still be able to receive cheques (e.g.) for any amount and record the payment – the system will record whatever account balance remains after the payment is received.

Non members continue to pay for individual bookings as before, and no transaction records are generated outside of the booking record.
