Booking Service pricing depends on your turnover.

Each year you pay $1000 plus 1% of turnover up to a maximum fee of $5000 + GST. The minimum fee in your first year is $3000 + GST. Last year’s turnover is used to set the fee for the following year – it is not an arrears payment and you don’t owe anything at the end of each billing period.

Turnover is calculated on the previous year’s receipts less refunds and includes annual subscription and any other invoicing that uses the Booking Service ledger.

Your first year fee covers the customisations you need to implement your specific rules and tariff settings. After your first year a new plugin (customisation) will attract a fee per Plugin. The Provider will provide written notice of any Plugin fee before commencing work, and maybe billed any time after delivery of the plugin.
