Cancellation Credits

In your Tariffs menu is an item Cancellation Credits. We've migrated this to the new software framework so it's a good time to review how automatic cancellation credits work.

Improvements on the new Allocate Rooms screen

In response to demand, we've created a plugin which can be customised to alter the border colours, fonts and background colour of each guest to your needs. This can use any property of the guest or the booking, such as tariff type, or member/non-member etc. The plugin requires coding by us, so get in touch.

We've also made it possible for you to set background colours for the beds (see our previous newsletter, or get in touch for help). In at least one case we've reinstated the old background colours (a light yellow for double beds, white otherwise), so ask for that if you find the new alternating background too busy.

Need a spot to show an announcement?

With COVID for example, special circumstances may apply. You can now create and edit text which will show below the login form, and also on the /app/ page that may appear after logout. To set this up, create a new Site Config item like this:

Hint: if it's a lot of material, create a new page on your main website, and just link to it here with a brief introduction.

Released Beds - book by bed lodges

This page has also migrated to the new framework, with an added feature: you can set the released beds for a range of dates. 

Keeping you up to date

Your browser might occassionally refresh when you click or move around. This happens if we have updated the software, it is detected and a refresh occurs in order to update your browser with the latest.
